Order Processing Policies
Orders placed from Global Soil Solutions (GSS) take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Should shipping or processing be delayed for any reason, we will let you know ahead of time. Orders received on the weekends (Saturday, Sunday) will begin to process on the following business day, still allowing for 1-2 business days of processing.
Bulk and or Multiple orders: Please email sales@GoToGss.com with the details of what you would like to order (product, quantity, etc) – From there will better be able to provide an estimate on lead time required.
Orders placed from Global Soil Solutions (GSS) will be shipped via FedEx Ground as a standard option. If you would prefer another option, please email us at sales@GoToGss.com with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that if you choose to change from our standard FedEx shipping option, additional shipping cost may be incurred. If an order requires additional insurance on the package, additional shipping costs may be incurred.
Bulk and or Multiple orders: additional shipping options such as freight may need to be considered. We will be happy to provide a quote for these types of orders and determine the best way for you to receive your product. Please email us at sales@GoToGss.com and we will get in touch with you.
Global Soil Solutions (GSS) does not offer returns on any of the products that it sells. Should a package get damaged during transport, we will work with the shipper to address the problem.
